As we look forward to another season on the lake, your support has never been more important! The association has been actively working to ensure the quality of Lake Minnie Belle is sustained for many, many years to come. In 2024, we expanded inspections at the DNR landing, improved the usefulness of public access points around the lake, as well as implemented additional preventative and early identification measures in our ongoing fight to manage AIS. Our business membership program was successfully launched, and we aim to expand it in 2025! Finally, we launched our first annual summer raffle which was a huge success!

The Lake Minnie Belle directory is put together and distributed annually to around 200 members. As an advertiser in the directory, you help LMBIA achieve its objectives and at the same time promote your products and services.

Join our association as a business member with membership benefits throughout the year! Membership in the association provides the needed support to fund several programs and projects for the lake including:

Watercraft inspections and decontamination at the DNR landing seven days a week!
Continued partnerships with the County, DNR and State to prevent further expansion of invasive species in Lake Minnie-Belle such as Starry Stonewort.
Continuation of our Aquatic Invasive Species prevention program including scuba dive surveys to identify native and invasive plans as a proactive measure.
Control of non-native invasive plants such as Eurasian milfoil and curly pond leaf.
Maintaining the proper flow and water levels of outlets and inlets. Monitor and take action to ensure proper flows out of the lake and runoff into the lake.
Water quality testing - monitoring the lake water quality by collecting monthly water samples for analysis of phosphorus, chlorophyll etc.
Applications for Grants for maintaining and improving the lake and surrounding watershed properties.
Member newsletters and communications throughout the year.
Annual meeting and other lake events throughout the year.
